Electronic Aerial Billboard

This is an underwing electronic billboard operated from a laptop computer in the cockpit. The sign can run messages from left to right or visa versa , the messages can also flash, roll and pulse.

This will be a twilight and night operation , and able to go to and fly over most locations required.
